1. Course Access

After enrolling, you receive access to the course for the validity period of your chosen plan (3 Months, 1 Year, or Lifetime). Access is provided through your registered account, our mobile app, and our website.

2. Personal Use

Course content is for your personal and educational use only. Recording, downloading and redistributing, reselling, or publicly sharing any videos or notes is strictly prohibited. Any such activity may result in termination of your access without a refund.

3. Intellectual Property

All course material — including videos, notes, and design — is the property of CA Santosh Pal Classes. Any unauthorised use may lead to legal action.

4. Payment

Course fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Access is granted immediately after successful payment. All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹).

5. Refunds

We follow a No Refund Policy. We strongly recommend watching the free demo classes before enrolling. For full details, please read our Refund Policy.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Account sharing is not permitted.

7. Content Updates

We may update or improve course content from time to time, particularly when laws (such as GST or Tax rules) change. Any updates released during your plan's validity period are provided free of charge. Lifetime plan holders receive all future updates free of charge.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or our courses is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
